Lark Symphony Blended Malt

Type: Whisky

Style: Australian Whisky

Country: Australia

Alcohol: 40% ABV

Tasting Notes: Smooth & spicy at the same time, this surprisingly young but complex whisky strikes the right balance between sweet & zesty.

The upfront taste is of caramel and vanilla from the oak ageing, with the finish then giving way to an almost citrus-like zest that balances the flavour profile.

Description: A balanced Australian Whisky from South Australian distillery 23rd Street, this whisky is aged for a minimum of two years before being bottled, with portions of the final blend having spent time in former Australian Tawny as well as ex-Bourbon American Oak barrels.
