Tasting Notes: A smooth-drinking aged rum, it is bright gold in colour, sweet & buttery in aroma, quite mouthcoating in its texture, & has flavours that last for only a short time after swallowing.

You should expect to find flavours of honey & creamy butter within a sipping rum that is best had on its own.

Description: Made with rums originating in Barbados that have been aged in former American bourbon whiskey barrels for 5 & 8 years, this aged rum is cut with Sydney water and blended by craft rum distillery Brix.
