In addition to its complex flavour profile, which includes tastes of dark fruit alongside hints of dry herbs, this wine has only subtle amounts of tannin, keeping it approachable.

Description: A 50/50 blend of Grenache & Syrah grapes grown in the Châteauneuf du Pape appellation in the Rhône Valley region of Southern France, this wine has been fermented in a combination of oak, concrete, & steel vats, giving it subtle complexity & a smooth flavour profile.
