Hardys Char No.3 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: A smooth & easy-drinking style of Cabernet Sauvignon, it has flavours of dark plum & varietal appropriate fresh mint.

Whilst this wine does have a noticeable amount of drying tannins, it also has a balancing amount of juicy acidity, keeping it very subtly sweet & approachable.

Description: Part of the Char range of products sold by Australian winery Hardys, this wine uses Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from the warm climate McLaren Vale wine region that have been partially aged in oak barrels that were charred before being filled, imparting smooth & complex flavours onto the wine.
