Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied & well-balanced, this is a premier example of South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon with plump dark berry flavours & a dry, graphite-like finish noticeably apparent.

Whilst it does have a noticeable amount of tannins, it is smooth overall & the acidity is kept in check by a subtle oak-influenced character.
