Tasting Notes: This a full-bodied & thoroughly oaked style of American Chardonnay that possesses strong buttery & ripe tropical fruit flavours.

Whilst it does have very low levels of acidity, it has a slightly crisp finish that balances well with the velvety smooth flavour profile & finish.

Description: This classic expression of Californian coastal Chardonnay has undergone plenty of malolactic fermentation & oak ageing in both French & American oak barrels, lending it noticeable amounts of rich, buttery flavours.
