Description: The Chardonnay grapes used to produce this wine come from the Chablis sub-region of Burgundy, France, where it has clearly benefited from the gravelly soils that are a prominent feature of the area.

Because this wine is not aged in oak prior to bottling & fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, it possesses an intensely crisp & refreshing flavour profile.
