Tasting Notes: Smelling strongly of cinnamon, this craft spirit has a spicy kick that is very noticeable after swallowing, with flavours of tangy orange zest & spicy liquorice also prominent.

In addition to its intensely spicy character, this product is lighter in body & less sweet than other Brix spirits, making it best suited for mixing into a cocktail or with almost any dark mixer.

Description: This Australian craft spirit is made using Brix Distillers white as the base, with this being aged for 4 months in Mountain Goat Brewing Co. barley wine barrels & expertly spiced using 11 locally-sourced botanicals. This is a unique spiced cane spirit & international award winner.
