Brix Distillers White Rum

Tasting Notes: A fresh take on Australian unaged white rum, this product is slightly on the sweeter side thanks to its flavours & aromas of cream, creme brûlée, & crisp apples.

Though it does have some heat, its pleasant & fruity sweet flavours linger for a medium amount of time after consuming, making it best used as the base in a swathe of white rum cocktails.

Description: Made with molasses sourced from Queensland & Northern NSW, this is technically not a rum as it hasn't been aged in oak barrels for two years, as is required by law.

That being said, this is a fresh expression of unaged white rum made by Sydney craft rum distillery Brix, & is an international award-winner.
